The year 2021 is forecasted to continue to be difficult, however, with efforts from the central to local levels, in the coming time, the city will organize many interesting activities and events from 20/3 to 1/5/2021 in order to officially restart the tourism activities of Hội An after the Covid-19 pandemic, such as activities in response to
International Day of Happiness (20/3),
“Hội An Legendary Night” (26/3),
Earth hour 2021 (27/3), especially Real-scene art performance
“Hội An show” which reappears Hội An ancient commercial port with many legendary stories about Japanese Covered Bridge for the first time (28/3). Besides, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a music night to commemorate musician
Trịnh Công Sơn with the theme “Có một ngày như thế anh đi” performed by singer Ánh Tuyết and famous singers KyoYork, Tấn Đạo, Phi Thúy Hạnh, Quỳnh Lan, etc. (1/4).
In addition, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam will also coordinate with Quảng Nam province and Hội An city to organize the event
“Korean Cultural Days in Quảng Nam”. It will be held
in Hội An with many interesting exchange and experience activities, cultural and artistic performances (from 9-11/4).
With the cooperation and contribution of people and business communities, Hội An continues to renew itself through unique and new tourism products, such as Fashion show “Dáng phố”, Real-scene show “A moonlit night on Hoài river”, etc. promising to bring to the locals as well as visitors satisfying and memorable experiences; thereby, tourism industry has gradually been restored and Hội An can prove to domestic and international friends that the city is still developing and making efforts to rise in disease and natural disasters.
Besides, the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic in accordance with the 5K regulations is put on top by the city to ensure the goal of building Hội An as a friendly and safe destination. At the ticket stalls and attractions, there are staff members wearing masks and serving antiseptic water to visitors.
Visitors who visit Hội An need to buy entrance tickets to contribute with the city to preserve and promote the value of world cultural heritage of Hội An. In particular, Hội An continues to apply a 50% discount on entrance tickets for visitors visiting the ancient town, Thanh Hà pottery village and Trà Quế vegetable village.
