Hoi An, a World Heritage Site, opened its first solid waste treatment plant yesterday. The plant, in Bau Oc Thuong hamlet in Cam Ha Commune, was built at a cost of VND77 billion (US$3.7 million), most of which coming in the form of ODA credit f-rom the French Government.
