Hội An city has been announced that on October 10th, 2013, the Final Review Meeting fpr the 2013 Asian Townscape Award held in Hangzhou city, China, by the joint organizers, UN-Habitat Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (Fukuoka), Asian Habitat Society, Fukuoka Asian Urban Research Center, and Asian Townscape Design Society.

A program titled “ASEAN and South Korean art convergence”, part of the 2013 Quang Nam Festival, showcased dazzling traditional music performances by art troupes f-rom nine ASEAN countries and South Korea. The festival runs till June 26 and promises more exciting events to come.
