Information of "Korean Cultural Days in Quảng Nam, Hội An 2019"

After the success of previous events; this year, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam continue to coordinate with the People’s Committee of Quảng Nam province, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quảng Nam province and the People’s Committee of Hội An city to hold “Korean Cultural Days in Quảng Nam”, Hội An, 2019. The program will take place on November 16th & 17th, 2019 with cultural and recreational activities which bear the identity of South Korea.
Byeongin LEE SEUNGJU dance troupe is known for contributing to make music art in the ceremony of kings at ancestral temples become Intangible Cultural Heritage of Korea and win the award of the Korean Ministry of Culture (dance field, The 19th Gyeonggi Traditional Music Awards). They was also warmly welcomed by young people when they performed with BTS music group at the 2018 Melon Music Awards.
J-MORNING is a music group which debuted overseas in the direction of Korean electronic dance music (K-EDM). The group is oriented to develop in the style of global stars, representing the Korean Cultural Wave which is increasingly being promoted worldwide. The group used to perform at “Pyeongchang Olympic 2018” and programs by KBS, SBS. Meanwhile, M.B.Crew is a Korean B-boy group which participated in a variety of TV shows and advertisements, as well as many international performances at England, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, India, Mexico…
In particular, the program also has the participation of JinJu. She is known as a Korean singer, MC who covers Vietnamese songs which are very popular on social networking sites. She also participated in many gameshow which had a large number of followers in Vietnam.
The event “Korean cultural days in Quảng Nam”, Hội An 2019 is a significant and meaningful activity to the friendship between Vietnam and Korea in general, and Quảng Nam province in particular. Hội An is a venue for the event and also a attractive destination of foreigner, especially Korean. This event is expected to attract more and more Korean visitors to our beautiful city. More significantly, Hội An will affirm the position as a city with international integration, which connects the cultures in a spirit of friendship.
