Water puppet show is one of the attractive tourism products in Hội An. It has been put into service for tourists since the end of 2015.
In addition to the familiar plays of the arts of Vietnamese water puppetry, such as Prelude by Uncle Tễu, Dragon dance, Fishing, Boat race, Eight fairies dance, Children swimming, etc; there are several plays which are imbued with the cultural identity of Quảng Nam region, such as Apsara dance, Legend of Monster Cù. The plays are arranged meticulously in combination with a system of audio and light. They will bring audiences interesting experiences about the arts of water puppetry - a unique traditional art form of Vietnam.
Water puppet show starts at 6:30 pm every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Hội An Theater. The ticket price: VND 80,000 / adult and VND 40,000 / child.
